Mark Hoaglund
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Hoaglund was appointed Chief Financial Officer in November 2025. In this role, he oversees all accounting, audit, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and treasury functions. He previously served as Senior Director of FP&A and Project Controlling beginning in February 2025.
Prior to joining Paslin, Mark accumulated 15 years of progressive experience at leading organizations including SC Johnson & Son, Caterpillar, Stellantis, Stoneridge, and ABC Technologies. Throughout his career, he has led Commercial, FP&A, Engineering, and IT finance functions, as well as Internal Audit initiatives, with a strong focus on partnering with key stakeholders to drive performance improvement.
Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Wisconsin.
