This process begins with our Proposals and Estimating team, transforming the customer concept into a cost-effective, quality system. By keeping the process internal, we are able to provide our customers with a seamless integration process.
commercial vehicle catalytic converter
This fully automated system produces a commercial heavy duty truck catalytic convertors. This welding system incorporates stainless steel MIG welding, press to force, and leak test operations. Weld cells are primarily rotary trunnion with robotic MIG welding, but table-top fixtures are also used. Strategically placed leak testing of sub-assemblies and mainline assemblies are incorporated to ensure gas tight requirements. Mainline material handling robots are used to transport the part from weld, to cooling, to testing, and also inspection stations. A manual assembly of covers and sensors finishes the unit before shipment to the OEM customer.
APARTMENT POD ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS
These systems provide fully integrated Kitchen and Bath pods for apartments. This program incorporates Robotic flow drill, laser etch and GEO fixtures to assemble the pods. The material is transferred to each station utilizing Robotic Transfer Units (RTU), conveyors and Heavy-Duty Robotic Material Handlers. To provide a cost-effective and efficient alternative to traditional construction methods in automated pod building, a novel vertical manufacturing range was established. This approach incorporates various innovative processes and technologies that facilitate a significant transformation in the field of automated pod construction.
automated warehouse systems
Automated warehousing systems optimize space utilization and streamline product flow through autonomous robotics, intelligent AI software, and data analytics. Paslin manufactures these systems for our customer that delivers automated outbound solutions for palletizing products and shrink-wrapping pallets for distribution. Integrated conveyor systems transport incoming goods through the distribution center to automated inbound systems, which place them within the storage structure.
