Joe is Senior executive with 30+ years in the automotive industry - experience with Mobex Global, Joyson Safety Systems, Takata, Key Safety Systems, Nexteer, Delphi and General Motors. Formerly President/CEO/Chairman of Mobex Global ($400M Tier 1supplier to Global OEM's - provide light-weighting solutions for safety critical chassis components)

‍Helped lead the company through a merger with China based Joyson Electronics (merger transaction completed June, 2016). The merger moved KSS into a public company environment with Joyson on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Responsible for Strategy, M&A, Investor Relations and all key finance functions (Accounting, Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Internal Controls)Transformed the global finance staff Finalized the Takata transaction to protect the long term value of the company Strong global experience and significant experience with Chinese market and ownership - both state owned and privately owned.
