Paslin is founded and starts out as a small stamping facility in Warren, Michigan.
1942 – Paslin on the Rise
Paslin delivers its first of many comprehensive machines, as well and begins the body-in-white tooling for the major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) at the time
1945 – First Gauging Fixture
Paslin’s first gauging fixture is provided to a small automotive tier-one supplier.
1958 – Paslin Grows
Paslin expands their services by providing high volume work pieces used to machine component parts for the OEM’s.
1980 – Paslin Elevated to Tier-1
Paslin builds the first of many welding assembly lines, shipped to the General Motors Buick City Plant, starting Paslin on the route to becoming a leading provider of robust assembly systems to tier-one suppliers and OEM’s.
1992 – MIG Welding Technology
Paslin completes installation on the first full frame MIG Welding line.
1997 – Engineering Group Launched
Paslin incorporates the Paslin Engineering Group, solidifying Paslin as a major supplier of vertically integrated turnkey systems.
2003 – First Body-in-White System
Paslin receives their first order to provide a complete body-in-white system.
2012 – Paslin Forges Ahead with EV Bodyshop
Paslin provides a complete body-in-white assembly shop for an all-aluminum, all electric vehicle using numerous applications, such as multi-fastening, riveting, self-piercing, and welding.
2013 – Paslin Acquired
Paslin is acquired by investment firm Tower Three Partners to continue in the growth of the organization.
2014 – Paslin Forms Service Group
Paslin forms a service group providing after-installation support services to assist customers in achieving their manufacturing objectives.
2015 – Paslin Expands
Paslin opens the doors to their fourth facility in Shelby Township, Michigan with over 150,000 square feet of state-of-the art manufacturing and design space.
2016 – Global Partner
Paslin is acquired by Wanfeng Technology with the goal in mind to be positioned to expand their system and service capabilities globally.
2020 – Manufacturer of the Year Award
Paslin was recently awarded the prestigious Macomb County MANUFACTURER of the YEAR Award for 2020.
